Lavandula angustifolia 'Helen Batchelder'

Description: evergreen shrub; named for Helen Batchelder of the New England Unit of the Herb Society of America sometime in the mid 20th century. Compact growth and mildly fragrant, violet-blue flower spikes on mid-length stems. Very suitable for rock gardens and containers.

Calyx: dark violet, woolly
