Description: evergreen shrub; a chance seedling raised by Downderry Nursery in 2003. One of the darkest flowers of the × chaytoriae group and the only one known to produce fertile seed. Low, spreading growth with soft, silver foliage and pungently fragrant dark purple flower spikes.
