Description: perennial; a wildflower native to the Eastern United States. Dense, white flower clusters with powdery, silver bracts bloom in summer and attract butterflies and bees. Mint-scented foliage is used in traditional medicine. Unlike true mints (Mentha spp.), mountain mint is not an aggressive spreader and will not take over your garden.
