Description: evergreen shrub; despite every other account of this plant as 'Ken Taylor' the fellow's name was Kent Taylor and he operated Taylor's Herb Gardens in California in the 1980s. This selection was a sport of 'Collingwood Ingram' ('Majorca') with a more prostrate growth habit and possibly darker blue flowers.
